These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to a competent court or arbitral body agreed in the confirmed order or, absent agreement, at our principal place of business.

Orders already confirmed remain governed by the version of these Terms in effect when the order was confirmed.
