Information you send us through the sourcing request form. When you submit a sourcing request, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, business email address, WhatsApp/phone number, company name, destination country, vehicle model, model year and market, part position or side, OE/part number, VIN (optional), estimated quantity, and your message. We also record the page URL from which the form was submitted so we can understand which content was useful to you.
Information you send us through other channels. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation and any files you share (parts lists, photos, specification documents) so we can prepare an accurate quotation.
Technical information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data through analytics tools described in section 5, including pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source. This data is not used to identify you personally.
